Ray White Mangere Honoured at 2025 REINZ Awards

By Hannah Williams

It was a night of celebration for Ray White Mangere and the wider A T Realty Group at the 2025 Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Awards for Excellence, with the team taking home two of the evening’s top prizes.

A T Realty Group was crowned Agency of the Year – New Zealand for the second year in a row, highlighting the consistency, collaboration, and excellence delivered by more than 100 agents and staff across South Auckland — including the high-performing Mangere office.

The celebrations didn’t stop there, with Director of Sales, Richie Lewis, also named Manager of the Year. The award recognises his impact on culture, leadership, and his commitment to raising industry standards.

Speaking after the event, Richie said the recognition was a team win as much as a personal one:

“It’s always an honour to be nominated alongside such incredible leaders. Hearing my name called was surreal, and to also celebrate our Agency of the Year win for the second year in a row makes it even more special. Every member of our team plays a part in these achievements, and it motivates us to keep pushing forward for our clients and our community.”

The REINZ Awards are regarded as the highest honour in real estate, shining a light on professionalism and results across the industry.

For Ray White Mangere, the recognition underscores their commitment to delivering world-class service and outcomes, while staying true to their strong local roots.
