A T Realty Group and its sister company, 360 Property Management, have been recognised on the international stage at the 2025 Ray White International Awards, with the achievements showcasing the strength and talent of the team across Māngere and South Auckland.

Among more than 1,000 offices across Australasia and beyond, A T Realty achieved #3 International Group, while the flagship office, Ray White Manukau, ranked #5 International Office. The group’s Operations team was also named #1 International Operations/Administration Team of the Year.

360 Property Management – part of the A T Realty family – added to the success, securing #2 International Property Management Business of the Year, an achievement that positions the company among the network’s very best worldwide.

CEO Adam Thomson says the recognition reflects the dedication and professionalism that runs across the entire group.
