The Gardens is an Auckland, New Zealand neighbourhood. It’s east of Wiri, south of Totara Heights, and east of Manurewa East.
Manukau City Council used to handle it. However, in 2010, it combined with all of Auckland’s councils to form the “supercity” of Auckland. It is currently managed by Auckland Council.
The Auckland Botanic Gardens are located on the west side of the city.

The Gardens is a district of the Auckland Territorial Authority. It is one of the area’s 269 major residential suburbs. The Gardens is Auckland’s 137th largest suburb by population.
