Alana lives and breathes real estate. Having been at Ray White Manukau since its inception over 10 years ago, she has seen the company grow from one office location to four, and the team grow exponentially from five to well over 150. 

Helping to manage and oversee a team of that size (including sales agents, admin staff and the property management team) is all in a day’s work for Alana, whose role has been extremely varied over the years as the Executive Assistant for director Adam Thomson. She has done everything in the business from administration and accounts, to hiring new staff, organising events and functions, as well as manning the front desk and completing financial reports - all whilst simultaneously  being Adam’s right hand woman!

Hardworking, reliable and knowledgeable of the sales process from start to finish, Alana is the main go-to for the team for all manner of real estate queries. Being good with people, her friendly demeanour has also made her the perfect person to train all new administration staff members.

A busy mum of two (her 13 year old son and her lovable French Bulldog Barney), Alana always ensures she makes time to spend with her friends and family. With her partner also working in sales, Alana really does live and breathe the industry!
